This was an estate sale and had been cleared of the seller's belongings but needed a good bit of work to get it to a state of clean and neutral so buyers would find it appealing. A stairway lift had to be removed from the property and all walls painted. A good overall cleaning and yard work really made the house shine and we had multiple offers very quickly.
